Letters of Appreciation
A HUGE Thank You to Tot Spot and the following staff: Mary, Janet, Mindy, Donna, Bard, Cindy, Wendy M., Nikki, Marcia, Karen, Callie! All of you played very important parts in the care, love and understanding of our son's life and ours untill he has reaches this milestone of leaving Tot Spot and off to school. We are so very thankful to all the staff that took care of Nic and went above and beyond thier jobs in doing so. We could no have asked for a better place and people to watch over Nic. To those of you that had to endure some difficult behavior; we are very sorry and hope you can forgive his personality. Nic will be opening a new chapter in his life and he will take with him all the best that each of you have instilled in him. Nic can stay awake to eat lunch now thanks to Mindy; he also uses please and thank you's thanks to Donna; hopefullythe school cooks like Karen or Nic will be disappointed; and Callie will always be Nic's 1st love and his first heartbreaker! I seem to think Nic will be a hearbreaker himself thanks to Carrie! We will miss all of you! Barb- you endured the most with Nic and words can't describle how thankful we are to you for all of your understanding, patience and love for Nic. You truly are a gifted person and the children in your care are very fortunate. I think Nic used every trick in the book with you but you would chuckle and keep trying to overcome his challenges with being two steps ahead of him all the time (It's too late Barb!) Thank you so much for going above and beyond- you are a special person and we appreciated you very much! Mark and Wendy- Thank you so much for offering a great facility where people can trust bringing their children and having a peave of mind- keep up the great work. The Tot Spot Child Care CentersOntario NY 14519April 19, 2010Dear Wendy and Mark, I wanted to take am oment to let you know how very much we have appreciated have you to provide childcare for our two sons. It's hard to believe that we have been bringing our sons here for three years, time flies... We moved here 3 years ago from our to state and had no idea who we could depend on for day care. We decided to try toy and rest is history. Our sons have always loved coming to Tot Spot. I'm quite certain that Miss Barb has had a big hand in them wanting to come here. She has been a wonderful caregiver and teacher to our boys and feel nurtured along the way. We will miss her. All the teachers and aides are top of the line. Miss Melissa, Mr. Tyler, Miss Donna, Miss Andrea, Miss Mandy, Mr. Ken and Miss Cindy (to name a few) have all been so wonderful with out boys. I never worried about the care they would get at Tot Spot because they were always treated like they belonged there. They felt safe with every teacher they ever had. You made us feel like family and we thank you for that. The older boy finished UPK at Tot Spot last year and he is excelling in all areas of the curriculum in kindergarten this year. I'm certain that Tot Spot's teachers encouraged his enthusiasm for learning. The younger son is finishing UPK with you this year and we feel more than confident that he is ready for kindergarten next year. It will be hard to get him away from Miss Barb and Miss Melissa because he enjoys them so much. I also have to mention what a fabulous cook Miss Karen is. She gets the boys to try foods and like them! How does she do that? We'll miss her cooking, positive attiture and warm temperament. Miss Carrie and Miss Rhonda are exceptional at the way they handle the office and day-to-day tasks. They are always ready and happy to assist me with whatever I need from them. I cannot express in words how much you're appreciated and how much we;ll miss you. Being a stay at home Mom, it makes me sad to say that the boys probably won't be at Tot Spot much after this year. So, Thank you Wendy and Mark, for all you've done with and for us. I have and will continue to recomment you to anyone looking for safe, dependable, nurturing childcare or for their child's UPK needs. ~Melissa B.

Tot Spot Staff, We can't begin to thank you for all you've done for Callie this year. It is so comforting to know we're leaving her each day with enthusiastic and positive teachers, who treat Callie with the care and patience that you all show her. We don't take for granted how lucky we are, and how special it is that Callie spends her days in a safe, nuturing, and fun environment. 13Aug2003Dear Tot Spot, It is with mixed emotions that I inform you that Lyta will be leaving your care as of the 28th of August. Since she will be in kindergarten every day It just seems that daycare won't be required. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for the fine care she has received, not to mention your assistance and flexibility during some tough times in our lives. The staff has always been kind, considerate and caring. Lyta has learned much at being at your center and has made many friends, some of whom are children. I'd especially like to thank Bill Duncan for his work in preparing Lyta for school. She may even know too much! Should we ever need daycare for Lyra again we will come straight to you. Wendy and Mark MendolaTot Spot- Macedon1045 Brixton Dr.Macedon, NY 14502October 25, 2002Dear Wendy and Mark,After over 7 wonderful years of having Sarah attend Tot Spot in Macedon, we have come to crossroads at which we have made the difficult decision to move our daughter, Sarah, to a private daycare setting in order to maintain her 1:1 care status. This letter is to provide you with our 2 weeks' notice. Sarah's last day at Tot Spot will be Friday, November 8th.I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the 7-year period. We are so very grateful for the high level of care and professionalism exhibited by the staff for Sarah and her special needs. There has been nothing more reassuring for us than to be able to place our confidence in your staff and know that Sarah woulud be welcome, happy, and comfortable at Tot Spot. She truly enjoys her routine and is happy to arrive and see familiar, smiling faces each day. She (and we!) have made many friends and will miss seeing everyone so frequently.Thank you both for maintaining such a great program.
